Offering a magical glimpse into the celebrations, rituals and intimate moments shared between two people, Portals examines the transformative process of evolution, rites of passage, crossing thresholds and looking back. An evening-length duet featuring an original score by Clapp, Portals was created in conjunction with Schandelmeier & Clapp's Open Door Project - a partnership with Joe's Movement Emporium and commissioned by the Creative Communities Fund of The Community Foundation for the National Capital Region.
